Our Approach

It is the Marquis approach that no assignment can be started without a full set of terms of reference for any given project and deliverables. The terms of reference clearly identify the deliverables and the criteria for success so our consultants and our clients can monitor the project effectively.

It is normal practice to agree fixed fees for our services once a clear set of deliverables and terms of reference have been granted.

We recommend that both the client and Marquis each allocate a senior contact capable of making the day to day decisions. A regular steering meeting is normally established to report and monitor against project deliverables which is attended by our Partner, the clients representative and the project manager.

Marquis maintains a peer review process internally to ensure any documentation provided by Marquis is reviewed by other members of the Marquis team prior to submission to the client.
